Our analytical judgments are expressed as probabilities, not guarantees. Events can turn out differently.

We treat enquiries discreetly, but sending one does not create a client relationship. Please do not send highly confidential material through the form or by unencrypted email.

Paid work is carried out only under a separate engagement letter signed by both parties. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services, and we may decline any enquiry.

Complexus does not provide services to persons or parties sanctioned by the US or EU. We screen prospective clients before any engagement.

These terms are published in English, Russian and Albanian. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without affecting any mandatory protection given to you by the law of the country where you live.

If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
