Exposure Report Where you are exposed, and how much.
A structured review of your full operating footprint (suppliers, markets, staff, assets and routes) set against the political risks that could reach them.
- Format
- Exposure map, risk register, scenarios and action plan
- Delivered in
- Two to three weeks
- Best for
- Questions that span several countries or counterparties
When it fits
Risk rarely arrives through one country. It travels along your supply chain.
Events at a chokepoint such as Hormuz or Bab el-Mandeb move through freight, insurance, supplier reliability and payment routes long before they appear in a headline about your business. The Exposure Report traces those paths for your organisation specifically.
It gives a leadership team a common view of where the organisation is exposed, how likely each risk is, and what to do before the pressure arrives.
Typical questions
- Where in our supplier tiers are we most exposed to a single country?
- Which of our markets are most sensitive to sanctions or tariffs?
- Which routes and chokepoints does our freight depend on?
- What would an escalation mean for our staff and assets in the region?

Questions
How is the price set?
Every engagement is priced to its scope: the number of countries, the depth of work and the deadline. After an introductory conversation you receive a written proposal with the price, scope and dates, and no work begins until you accept it.
Can you work to an urgent deadline?
Often, yes. Put the deadline in your enquiry. A Flash Brief normally takes three to five business days, and we confirm before accepting whether a faster turnaround is realistic.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Client names, questions and findings stay private as a matter of course, and we will sign your non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive.
Which languages do you work in?
Reports are written in English. Research draws on local-language sources, including Russian, and you can write to us in English, Russian or Albanian.
Who do you not work for?
We do not work for persons or parties sanctioned by the US or EU, and we do not give investment, legal or compliance advice.
Engagements begin with a conversation.
