When it fits

Plans are rarely tested until it is too late. A workshop tests them first.

The workshop places your leadership team inside a plausible disruption, grounded in your actual operating conditions, and walks it forward. Where does the first decision fall? Who owns it? What would you need to know, and by when?

The result is a written playbook: the decision points, the trade-offs, the escalation triggers, and who acts on each.

Typical questions

  • A sanctions escalation that cuts off a key supplier
  • Closure of a shipping route your freight depends on
  • Political unrest in a country where you have staff
  • A sudden disruption to a currency or payment route

Questions

How is the price set?

Every engagement is priced to its scope: the number of countries, the depth of work and the deadline. After an introductory conversation you receive a written proposal with the price, scope and dates, and no work begins until you accept it.

Can you work to an urgent deadline?

Often, yes. Put the deadline in your enquiry. A Flash Brief normally takes three to five business days, and we confirm before accepting whether a faster turnaround is realistic.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Client names, questions and findings stay private as a matter of course, and we will sign your non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive.

Which languages do you work in?

Reports are written in English. Research draws on local-language sources, including Russian, and you can write to us in English, Russian or Albanian.

Who do you not work for?

We do not work for persons or parties sanctioned by the US or EU, and we do not give investment, legal or compliance advice.

Engagements begin with a conversation.
