When it fits

Judgments age quickly. A monitor keeps yours current.

A risk register is only as good as its last update. The Risk Monitor watches the risks agreed with you across routes, countries and counterparties, and tells you when the picture changes and why.

Each judgment is recorded and revisited as events unfold, so over time you hold a running record of what was expected, what happened, and how well the analysis held up.

Typical questions

  • Sanctions exposure across a set of suppliers
  • Political stability in a market you are entering
  • Disruption on a shipping route or chokepoint you depend on
  • Security conditions where you have staff or programmes

How it runs

  1. 01

    Baseline

An Exposure Report or an intake session establishes which risks are worth watching.

  2. 02

    Indicators agreed

Together we set the indicators, and the thresholds that should trigger an alert.

  3. 03

    Watch

Continuous monitoring of official, local-language and sector sources.

  4. 04

    Report and review

A monthly update and call, with alerts in between whenever a threshold is crossed.

Questions

How is the price set?

Every engagement is priced to its scope: the number of countries, the depth of work and the deadline. After an introductory conversation you receive a written proposal with the price, scope and dates, and no work begins until you accept it.

Can you work to an urgent deadline?

Often, yes. Put the deadline in your enquiry. A Flash Brief normally takes three to five business days, and we confirm before accepting whether a faster turnaround is realistic.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Client names, questions and findings stay private as a matter of course, and we will sign your non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive.

Which languages do you work in?

Reports are written in English. Research draws on local-language sources, including Russian, and you can write to us in English, Russian or Albanian.

Who do you not work for?

We do not work for persons or parties sanctioned by the US or EU, and we do not give investment, legal or compliance advice.

Engagements begin with a conversation.
